Melissa has 14 years of experience working with children and 13 years of practicing yoga. She combines these two areas of expertise to create a loving and successful class for children to connect to their bodies and find a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Classes include:

Breath work: benefits include greater heart and lung function and greater awareness and self-soothing

Mantra: inspires the full capacity of the brain, helping with language development and strengthening the muscles of the mouth. 

Asana: develops gross motor control and function, body awareness, confidence, strength, stamina

QIgong Massage: calms and soothes the nervous system and inspires the parasympathetic nervous system. If this is included in a session it is in the presence/permission of a guardian.


The classes are offered in a private setting and are 45/60 mins long.

The demo class is FREE and the sessions following are $45/45 mins and $60/60 mins. Packages that include personalized videos for a home practice are available upon request and through discussing what is best for the child.
